Q: What Days will you be open?
A: The 2012 season is over. We will be back September 27. 2013 with a whole new show!
Q: Days Hours will you be open?
A: The Box office opens at 7:30, the attractions and Zombie Shoot opens at 8:00. The Box office closes at Midnight. Sundays the Box Office closes at 11pm. Hours will possibly increase as we get closer to Halloween.
Q: Can I shoot Zombies?
A: Depends on your aim but yes you can! This year you will get a paintball gun with ammo where you will work your way through the abandoned motel as zombies attack from all sides. In the main attractions you are lead through by different characters and you do not personally shoot zombies.
Q: What is the Zombie Shoot like?
A: You are given a paintball gun then enter the dark motel. You will work your way through the hallway and rooms as zombies attack from all sides. We provide the guns, paintballs, and air. You can not use your own guns.

Q: How scary is the AZA?
A: It is the end of the world filled with Zombies, gunfire, dead bodies and gore, so it’s scary.
Q: Is there a parking fee?
A: There is $3 charge to park your car. No Valet.
Q: Is it strenuous?
A: If you are out of shape, possibly. You will be going up and down stairs, in and out of buildings, throughout the woods, walking a total of about 3 city blocks. When the Apocalypse comes you better be ready!
Q: How long does it take?
A: Once inside it will take about 20 min of walking about 3 city blocks for each event (Curse and ZWar).
Q: How do I purchase tickets?
A: You can purchase tickets at the door. Our box office accepts cash, Visa, Mastercard, and ATM/Debit cards.
Q: What rules must I follow while visiting the AZA?
A: We have a few basic rules which must be followed at all times:
*Do not touch any actors or staff at any time
*Do not bring any weapons, alcoholic beverages, or pets onto the property.
*Do Not wear open toes shoes or flip flops.
*Respect other customers and employees; no rude or lewd behavior, defacing property, etc.
*No smoking inside the attractions, lighters, videos or photography inside the attraction.
Q: Is the AZA wheelchair accessible?
A: Not entirely. The attraction requires the use of stairs and the woods
Q: Can I wear costumes or masks the AZA?
A: Costumes are okay, but masks are not allowed for the safety of our employees and guests. What ever you do don’t dress like a zombie, you may be shot.
Q: Is there a different admission price for children?
A: No.
Q: How old do you have to be to get in to the AZA?
A: We do not recommend the AZA for children under 13. However, it is up to the parents. Children under 13 must be escorted by an adult. NO REFUNDS.

Q: How old do I have to be to work for the AZA?
A: If you are under 17 you will need to have your parent's permission or better yet have your parents come work there with you!
Q: Will the AZA close if it rains?
A: CURSE OF THE UNDEAD will close in severe weather because most of it is in the woods.Z WAR and ZOMBIE SHOOT will be open in the rain. We will do our best to post an update on the home page of this website in the event of a closure. Be sure to refresh your page for the most current information. In the event of closure due to inclement weather, purchased tickets can be redeemed on another night.
Q: Are there live rats, snakes, cockroaches, bugs, clowns?
A: No.
Q: What kind of effects are there?
A: There will be blood, zombies, violence, gore, loud noises, gunfire, strobe lights, stairs, tight passageways, darkness, smoke, fire and destruction. You may get a little water sprayed on you.
Q: Will we get our money back if we make it all the way through?
A: No. The haunted house that gives you your money back if you make it to the end does not exist. It is a myth/urban legend.
Q: If they scare me, can I punch them?
A: If you assault any of our staff, Atlanta Police officers will take you directly to jail. For the safety of our guests and staff, we use security cameras throughout the event.
Q: Will I be injured, dismembered, or killed at your event?
A: We go to great lengths to provide a safe experience for our guests. If you follow our rules, stay on the path, and do not touch the employees or scenery, you will make it through safely. In addition to our security staff, we also have at least one EMT and one Atlanta Police Officer on staff during operation.
Q: Can I take pictures or video inside?
A: No, sorry. Outside the Apocalypse and the Zombie Shoot, photography is fine.
Q: Will Actors touch me?
A: Our actors will not touch you.
Q: Are there restrictions for people who are pregnant or have health problems?
A: In general you need to be in good physical condition to survive the apocalypse. Please consult your Doctor to find out if an intense experience is appropriate for your condition. Do not enter if you suspect your health is at risk. You should not enter with the following conditions: Pregnancy, heart conditions, nausea, obesity, back problems epilepsy, breathing problems, bladder control loss.
Q: How long is the wait in line?
A: Wait times will vary depending on the day of your visit. The weekend prior to Halloween.
Q: Can tickets be resold?
A: Tickets are void if resold. Tickets purchased anywhere other than the AZA box office will not be honored. Tickets purchased at our box office must be used on the date of purchase. We will aggressively prosecute any individual selling counterfeit tickets.
Q: I lost my cellphone/jewelry/shoes in your attraction. Can you help me find it?
A: Please make sure any items you bring are securely in your pockets at all times... or better yet, leave them in the car. We will not be able to check for lost items right away, and because of the size and complexity of the attractions, items might not be found until the lights are turned back on at the end of the night. If you might have dropped an item inside one of our attractions, please email us with the details and we will let you know if the item has been found. More often than not, dropped cell phones and other items are trampled in the dark environment by other customers. We are not responsible for any personal items brought inside our attractions.
Q: What happens if I break the rules?
A: All rules are strictly enforced for the safety of our guests. Anyone violating the rules may be asked to leave the property with or witho ut warning, and without refund. The Atlanta Police Department will be on site to give you a free trip to another zombie apocalypse, the jail, if necessary.
